Hi - we are Sherri and Darren, the owners of Cre8ive Style.
We live in Regina, Canada and like you, we both LOVE to shop which is one of the reasons why we started this online store.

Sherri has dedicated much of her life to providing care to children and youth with disabilities. Her days are spent with her incredible clients, and at night, she is in front of the computer looking for new items to add to the store each day. Darren has spent much of his life in the Canadian Radio/media world until cutbacks and restructuring due to Covid-19 resulted in him being released from his position. With an extensive background in communication, marketing and promotion, Darren built and launched Cre8ive Style from our kitchen table in July 2021. We are both very Cre8ive people, which is one of the reasons why we chose the name Cre8ive Style for our store.

Since then, Cre8ive Style has quickly grown to become a trusted destination for women looking for unique and practical clothing for themself and their children - without breaking the bank. At Cre8ive Style, you'll find Comfort For Less.

The question we get asked the most; "Are you a real store"?
Absolutely! We are an online-only store where we are constantly updating and adding exciting items that we think you and your kids will LOVE. Unlike a store you visit in a mall, we don't have boxes of clothing stored at our house. When you complete an order, it's shipped directly from our supplier to you. Where is my stuff coming from?

Your items are being sourced from our most trusted and reliable suppliers in China. From time to time, we may also offer products listed from other partners in Canada and the United States. You will always get the best quality product that we can find. You will NEVER find a throw-away (garbage) item on our store.


Shipping Time?

Not going to lie to you...we're not eBay or Amazon. Of course, your order will ship from the closest supply centre to your mailing address as soon as it can. Typical shipping times are 15 to 19 business days from the time you complete your order. Expect longer shipping times during peak holiday periods.

To ensure delivery before December 25, 2021, please place orders no later than FRIDAY NOVEMBER 26, 2021.

What Countries do you ship to?

As Cre8ive Style is just getting started, we are only shipping purchased items to valid addresses in Canada, United States, United Kingdom and Australia. Our website should offer a currency conversion from Canadian (where we are based) to match those currencies.

Can I pay using Bitcoin or PayPal?
For as much as this might be your preferred payment method, we only accept major credit cards to process payments at the checkout.

Can I return the item?

In most cases, yes you can return your item provided you have not worn, ripped, stained or damaged the item once it arrives to you. You have up to 30 days to advise us that you wish to return an item. If so, just pack up the item in the original packaging and mail it back to us here in Regina. Once we receive the package we will inspect the item(s) and if everything looks good, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card for the original purchase price.

Why isn't my Discount Code working?

Most likely, you've entered the code after the discount window has expired. Because product is always moving through the store, there will be many opportunities for you to use a discount code. These codes might come to you via email, or be listed right on the website. Please remember, you only have a limited time to use your code to take advantage of the discount.


Can I use more than ONE discount code at checkout?

Um, no. To be fair to everyone, we will only accept one discount code when you checkout. That doesn't stop you from going back into the store and buying more items with another discount code. We like return shoppers!


Items I saved in my cart have disappeared. Why?

Depending on the popularity of each item, some sell quicker than others. If an item disappears from your shopping cart, or disappears from the website, it's most likely due to product inventory. Our supplier updates product inventory in real time. Once it sells out at the factory, that item is removed from our store. Should the supplier restock the item, we will re-add it to our inventory. That's another reason why we recommend completing your purchase as soon as you can to ensure stock is available.
